Jackson with Auto Pup is one of the best mechanics we had at Ford. He could do an oil change in 5 minutes. He would do everything perfectly an hour faster than the average person.

He was very considerate and told me everything that needed to be done and if he couldn't do it he wasn’t going to do it. He made me feel more at ease.I haven’t had any issues since he fixed it and he did call me back weeks later to make sure everything was running okay.
