He's worked on my car for the past two years from regular oil changes to an issue with my vehicle where my heat stopped working. I loved working with Jackson. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable. He was prompt and very personable. He filled my wiper fluid. He did my oil change and tire rotation and then offered to check the rest of my fluids with no extra charge. Also, his dog is amazing.

This guy is on another level I'm constantly - he brings good vibes with him. I worked with him at a Ford dealership. Not only is he personable but he is amazingly talented. Jackson with Auto Pup is one of the best mechanics we had at Ford.  He could do an oil change in 5 minutes. He would do everything perfectly an hour faster than the average person. 

He was very considerate and told me everything that needed to be done and if he couldn't do it he wasn’t going to do it. He made me feel more at ease.I haven’t had any issues since he fixed it and he did call me back weeks later to make sure everything was running okay.
