Testimonials

I’ve been bringing my car to Jackson for about two years for both routine maintenance and emergency repairs. He consistently provides diligent service, transparent communication, and affordable pricing. I highly recommend Jackson and Pup Auto!

He ended up saving me over $400 dollars on a single repair! Every problem he has ever fixed has never caused us an issue again (and those repairs happened over a year ago!) I cannot recommend him enough.Scheduling is fast and easy. Jackson is highly responsive, is a great communicator.

He's worked on my car for the past two years from regular oil changes to an issue with my vehicle where my heat stopped working. I have had two cars with him and I love how he works around our schedule. He's transparent and explains what he's doing with more detail than any other mechanic I've experienced.

I loved working with Jackson. He is honest and his prices are very reasonable. He was prompt and very personable. He filled my wiper fluid. He did my oil change and tire rotation and then offered to check the rest of my fluids with no extra charge. Also, his dog is amazing.

This guy is on another level I'm constantly - he brings good vibes with him. I worked with him at a Ford dealership. Not only is he personable but he is amazingly talented. Jackson with Auto Pup is one of the best mechanics we had at Ford. He could do an oil change in 5 minutes. He would do everything perfectly an hour faster than the average person.

He was very considerate and told me everything that needed to be done and if he couldn't do it he wasn’t going to do it. He made me feel more at ease.I haven’t had any issues since he fixed it and he did call me back weeks later to make sure everything was running okay.
